TREATMENTS

Depending on age, hydration levels, and other factors the human being is between 67 – 80% fluid. Whether you are receiving Fluid Anatomy & Craniosacral Therapy, Foot Reflexology, Myofascial Release, or being stretched all of the treatments administered at Fluidly Therapeutic work with the characteristics of fluid to guide the manipulations. As a result, the friction of stress, inflammation, and pain diminishes in the areas of concern. The layers of deep tissue rehydrate in a more efficient and sustainable manner.

“The Principles of Fluid Hydraulics are an essential part of virtually every area of human physiology.” – James Royder DO

Fluid Anatomy & Craniosacral Therapy

~ Gentle pressure stops a tub toy that’s floating in the water ~

During this treatment, you remain fully clothed, only removing your shoes. Using light touch and gentle pressure the therapist follows the fluid fluctuations in your body. By holding the movements of the magnetic polarity current in relation to muscles, bones, organs and other anatomical structures fluid makes all of the necessary adjustments.

~ Tilt the cup and the water in it seeks balance instantaneously ~

The stress of friction, inflammation, and pain become saturated in the fluid. This is not only very relaxing but it also helps to increase your flexibility and range of motion.

~ Water erodes mountains ~

The effects of the treatment will continue as the day goes on and into the next few days. As the foundation shifts everything changes!

Foot Reflexology

~ Take a load off your feet ~

You remain fully clothed, only removing your socks and shoes. Treatment begins with preparatory warmup and stretching techniques. Medium to very firm pressure is used to work landmarks on your feet that reflex to specific areas of your body. The last few minutes will be spent establishing the three arches of your feet for better balance. The benefits of this type of treatment include opening up the negative pole, increasing circulation and flexibility, general relaxation and strengthening your standing in the world.

Passive Stretching

~ Breathe deep and relax into the stretch ~

You remain fully clothed, only removing your socks and shoes. Therapist assisted stretching techniques to help you with general flexibility, increasing your range of motion, postural realignment, and overall wellbeing. Treatment begins with preparatory warmup stretches and assessment techniques. The therapist will often ask if you are comfortable in order to optimize relaxation while each stretch is performed.
